  • 200g plain chocolate biscuits
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 375g cream cheese, softened
  • 395g NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ½ cup (125mL) thickened cream
  • 2 tsp gelatine
  • 1½ tbsp boiling water
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 4 x 45g NESTLÉ KIT KAT, coarsely chopped
  • 1 x 45g NESTLÉ KIT KAT, extra, coarsely chopped

With the perfect combination of decadent cheesecake and light and crispy KIT KAT pieces, these easy non-bake cheesecake slices are the perfect sweet treat for an Australia day BBQ.

How to Make

1. Grease a 28 x 18cm lamington pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, allowing a 2cm overhang at both long ends.

2. Using a food processer, process biscuits until fine. Add butter and process until well combined; press mixture firmly over the base of prepared pan. Refrigerate while making filling.

3. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and cream; beat until well combined. Dissolve gelatine in water; add to cream cheese with vanilla; beat well. Fold in NESTLÉ KIT KAT.

4. Pour into prepared pan; smooth top. Sprinkle with extra NESTLÉ KIT KAT. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
